Keep failing psychometric/situational judgement tests

I have applied for a couple jobs now where I was required to do an online assessment judging my personality and situational judgement.

I have worked in similar jobs before and I know what the recruiters want from their candidates, it isn't particularly difficult to figure out that they want someone who will answer that they are proactive in any given situation and won't just stand around waiting for a colleague to step in.
For the personality part, its a bit more tricky as you usually can't rank every positive trait as the highest, you have to create a mix of selections.

I don't know if there is some trick I am missing or something, but I just got an automated email immediately after an assessment saying that my application will not be going further due to my score. I am really not sure how to improve here. I am giving the best answers I can, I am trying to make my personality sound like a right fit for the role. I'm generally considered a very diligent, kind and likeable person by my friends and acquaintances. What can I do to make the online assessments put me through to the next round/improve my score?
