Unsure of what uni to go to ad what course to do

I would say I’m an average student(most of the time maybe on the lower end 😭), I’m aiming for 3 Bs in maths, comp sci and DT and an A in EPQ. I do think if I try really hard maybe I can get a A in DT but my mental motivation is not really there like it use to be. I do not mind taking a foundation year in a course just so it means I can go to a really good university. Im not too keen on maths or comp sci but I don’t mind doing something with them in uni. I’m not sure on what course to do or what job I want. I do want a high paying job tho lmao. Does anyone have any ideas on what course I could do that would lead me to a high paying job? Any advice would be amazing.

Chasing after a specific career just for the money is definitely a bad idea. You need to take a holistic approach and look at what you enjoy, as well as what will give you a good salary. No career path has a guaranteed well paying job at the end of it (except medicine). If you want something stable maybe check out Accounting and Finance or Business degrees. Computer science or something IT related is another possibility although the current market in that sector is bad for new grads rn.

Tl;DR: any degree you do will require hard work during Uni and after if you want to secure a good career. There is no shortcut to success. So, choose something you'll enjoy.

Drop the EPQ - you will then have the time to better grades in your A levels, and these are the grades that matter, not an EPQ.
