Economics at Russell group uni without further maths a level

Hello, I just wanted to know if I can do economics at a Russell group university without further maths a level
I would like to do maths economics and chemistry
I don’t want to get into LSE but wan to know if I have a chance at Kings college London or Queen Mary university
The RG isn't really meaningful in this context - it's a political lobbying group that masquerades as a postgraduate research consortium. In either event, membership shouldn't be a factor of consideration in which unis you choose, as it has no bearing on anything consequential. Successful grads from LSE, UCL, Oxbridge, and Warwick are not successful because those unis are in the RG, and there are plenty of average unis in the RG.

Most RG unis outside of those noted ones will have no issues with applicants without A-level Further Maths. KCLs economics degree is only about 4 or 5 years old, QMUL is pretty average relative to other unis that offer strong economics courses, and there are stronger options within and outside of the RG where A-level FM would not be essential - for example Nottingham.

Do I have absolutely no chance at queen Mary’s or KCL then?

Would I have to pick a different course then like accountancy or something?

You probably have a fine chance at either, they just aren't that strong for the subject though really...I'm sure you could apply to better courses!

It's really only LSE and Cambridge that strongly care about FM for econ degrees I believe. Most others don't care.

How about UCL? Without FM would it be disadvantage to apply econ course? Or they just focus three subjects including Math?
