is music btec worth it

currently studying 3 alevels biology chem and history and 1 btec which is music. however i plan dropping one soon just because it is getting heavy. my main concern is if should drop the btec or history.

during gcses i gained good grades between most subjects ( 7 in history and chemistry 6 in bio and a level 2 merit in music)
1) my main concern is that the unis i have looked into doesnt seem to accept any btecs. Im still not sure what id like to do but i think im heading to a more medical field or something that requires traveling. as so much im passionate in performing i really dreaded doing coursework, but loved the practical bit for it
2) im concerned if i did decide to do medicine in the future then most unis seem to be keen about 3 alevels. as so much that i like history i feel like if i picked music instead it would be an easy disticntion and makes me focus more on bio and chem. but again most uni that offers medicine really likes 3 alevels

PLEASE I NEED SOME ADVICE AS I REALLY WANT TO DROP ONE BUT SEEM TO BE CONFUSE ABOUT THE WHOLE UNI THING
