To revise, different things work for different people. I suggest trying blurting, visual notes, running recall, practice questions, flashcards and a lot of different websites (depending on your subjects and exam boards). I can give recommendations for some subjects if you need them 🙂
Mocks can be harder or easier than GCSEs… often mocks are gcse past papers but the difficulty of papers vary year on year (hence why grade boundaries change). What can vary quite significantly is the distribution which can impact how hard it is to prepare.
