Personal statements for 16 plus?

Westminister sixth form, st Paul’s girls
You need to discuss for post-16 personal statements:

What subjects you want to do and why- link to previous studies, what you enjoy, what skills you have, what you’d like to know more on, what hobbies/clubs you do which link to them, how it links to what you’d like to do in the future

What you do outside of academics which makes you an appealing candidate- like clubs or hobbies you do but they dont link as well into your subejcts to show you’re a bit of an all-rounder (in theory)

The one i did was all maths and logic questions, i didnt revise but i did do the practice papers available on the schools website 🙂 It depends on the types of questions as to how to revise/prepare, generally though doing similar style questions will be very helpful!

It wasn’t too bad, I ran out of time but I passed which I was happy about 🙂 and the questions were very enjoyable- like ukmt questions if you’ve done maths challenges
