gay teen boy looking for advice

So i'm a 16 bisexual male looking for advice cause i really want a boyfriend but i feel like no one would wanna date me and i don't know how to tell if a guy likes me.I'm also afraid that if i fins a guy that he'll think i'm to girly for him cause i do cheer.I also feel all this pressure from people at school to date a football player since i'm a cheerleader but i cant tell if anyone of them are into guys or not and i am very shy.So i find it hard to reach out to people and date.Any advice helps.
