Tenancy Takeover Queen Hospital Close 2024/2025

If any UOB students would be interested in a tenancy takeover for Queen Hospital Close do let me know.
It is £159 a week, a spacious en suite with all the expected amenities, including the ability to bring your own mini fridge etc which I know some other accoms don’t allow
It’s in a good location so a short commute to Uob and the flat is very social.
Tesco Express supermarket is a 3 minute walk away and the Fiveways Entertainment Centre including Nando’s, Starbucks, Cineworld and Pure Gym is less than a 10 minute walk.
