Hi, I’m trying to pass over my tenancy for my room in Shackleton, Vale Village:
The flat contains a bedroom with an en-suite and a spacious kitchen.
There are 7 people in total and is mixed gendered, currently 3 boys 4 girls.
The contract is until Saturday 5th July 2025.
The price is £236 a week with student living plus included which provides you with £66 a week for food shopping and on certain on campus restaurants.
Just downstairs from your flat, you’ll find the popular Duck and Scholar student bar; Shackleton Lounge, a prime study and social destination; Costcutter supermarket; and our Vale Infusion restaurant.
It’s also about a 20 minute walk to campus!
