What are the Chances?

What are the chances i can get into a russell group uni to study economics/finance/accounting if i meet entry requirements in a level economics, philosophy and accounting?

There are not a lot of proper finance degrees in the UK and some would need A level maths. Similarly your options for RG economics courses are also somewhat limited without maths A level. For A+F you would have lots of options and these courses tend not to be oversubscribed. If you have the grades you should get an offer.

Will accounting and finance degrees be enough to get into investment banking?

Well - people with A+F degrees do get into IB. As do people from a whole range of degree courses. One issue is that there aren't really many options for A+F at target universities and those (Warwick and LSE) require maths A level.
