PAT - Physics Aptitude Test (Oxford)

the same is happening with me. I'm taking the HAT

I have registered to take the PAT this year, but on the site which you register on ( https://oxford.useclarus.com/dashboard/ ) , it won't let me put in my UCAS ID, it has the message "Matching your UCAS ID with your admissions test registration is pending." just checking if anyone else is seeing this and its not just a problem for me? Thanks

I asked one of the admissions officers, and they told me that once you submit your application, then only will it link, as it is so that when they send the application, they can send the PAT score directly with it.

I've just submitted my application to UCAS but it still says pending on the Oxford PAT website? Anyone know why this is?

I don't know. Oxford has send me an email to say there is no record of my registration for the PAT. I have registered but I am still unable to put in my UCAS ID into the PAT website, something they say I must do. I have submitted also. Oxford's admissions admin system is notoriously bad, so this is probably their fault, but does anyone know how I should get in touch with them?

I have the same problem, does anyone know a number to call etc to sort this?

Have you had an email from [email protected] yet? I sent them my name and UCAS ID to see if they can match, maybe you could as well? They told me:
"please note, the matching of UCAS Personal IDs to your test registration is a manual process and does not happen automatically. Please allow time for your status to update."
So maybe we just have to wait?

I guess so but it's a bit frustrating, I have emailed them back with my ID and name as well. I think maybe let's see if there's any progress by tomorrow morning and then I'm going to maybe call general admissions if not unless you have other ideas?

Im also applying for Oxford and with the deadline tomorrow I am still waiting for the UCAS ID to match with my test registration - can it still be pending after the deadline has closed at 6pm or will it automatically withdraw the test? Surely they will keep it pending right until the PAT date and I've heard its a manual matching process so still holding out hope - still worth a visit to the careers advisor tomorrow

I am having the same issue and it’s very stressful because the deadline is in about 5 hrs. I am hoping they keep it pending and don’t cancel my PAT appointment.
