Finishing a gap year and left with biomed

Btw this is a long one any help is appreciated
I took a gap year in the intention of finding what I actually wanted to do at university after being rejected for medicine.
Just in case I wanted to do med again I did 3 options med 2 biomed
Got a good BMAT score
I worked in the NHS and talked to several doctors and they all said do accounting finance computer science and not to do medicine for several reasons like pay burn out etc.
This put doubts in my mind and put me off it
I had 2 interviews for medicine whilst getting this information from doctors.
Whilst having doubts in my mind I did the interviews
I prepared for the interviews a decent amount but defo could have worked harder If i wanted to do this degree and didnt choose to pay for tutoring for interviews cause was so putt off when regrettably I should have.
Ended up getting rejected
Then later down the year through my new job in the NHS more patient interaction and I enjoyed the clinical aspect of it advising patients etc and enjoy using my science knowledge to help others.
Then this refuelled my passion for med
So i took the UCAT since BMAT discontinued and got 2390 **** score I genuinely cba with this bull **** test anymore I literally have so much experience in clinical seting and I tutor plus I have the A level grades and this test is deciding factor for med so I know I wont get in If I were to apply this year an
But I am left with biomed degree now. I know this is a **** degree and people get no jobs plus I do not want to work in a lab or do research I understand you can go into things like finance but what is the point of this when employers will more likely look at a person who has done a finance degree.
So my options are doing pharmacy or med again and do another gap year which is what I want to do now or do 1 year of biomed and just do pharmacy or med after this ( prolly not med cause of 2390)
What do you guys think I should do

What do you guys think I should do

1.

Biomed is not a **** degree. Just because you don't get into your preferred degree, doesn't make your second option a "****" degree, you need to get rid of that preconception. And on top of that, a degree is a degree, you will still work hard for it and you will still graduate with a BSc like many other degrees.

2.

Even if employers look at people with a finance degree, it doesn't put you down for doing biomed. There are a lot of transferable skills that come with doing a degree and people get into all sorts of career paths, which don't align with their degree. I know someone who knows someone who did a music degree and is now looking at a very high-paying software/tech job. Employers look at how you sell yourself, rather than just your academics, and unless it's a niche job (like being a lawyer/doctor/engineer), then you can get into any job with a range of different backgrounds. With that, more employers are looking for diverse candidates, so they do also seek out people with different backgrounds. Opportunities are where you look for them.

3.

It clearly looks like you don't want to do biomed, so I don't see a point in wasting a year doing it. If you go into it with an open mind, then perhaps you'd actually benefit from doing it for a year, but the way you're thinking about it is very narrow, and so from what you've said above, I don't think your heart will be in it.

You're clearly frustrated with yourself bc of ucat and ig not trying hard enough, but biomed could be something you enjoy if you open your mind to it. And you'll try it and then go back to pharmacy/med, if you really didn't enjoy it at least you can say you gave it a valid chance. Also people also pursue medicine after a Bsc, like post-grad med students, and that's still okay.

If you go into it with the attitude that you have, then imo, there really is no point and you should pursue smth you want to during the 2nd gap year, perhaps improve the ucat score if you can and reapply.

Also, you can look into different paths that allow you to work with patients, and in clinical settings...
It might not be typical pharmacist/medicine, but it could also be like occupational therapy, nursing or whatever.

And ofc at the end of the day, the decision is yours so do what feels right.
