Book recommendations for dog selective breeding EPQ

Hi, I have recently started my EPQ project, a dissertation on 'is dog selective breeding justifiable?' and i would really love some book recommendations which are scientific, reliable and balanced in opinion. I would like one on Brachycephalic dogs and other specific breed issues, and then also some on the industry/history. I'm really struggling to find resources so any help would be much appreciated. Articles and magazines would also be great.
