You have a higher chance of getting to the assessment centre if you wrote a cover letter since they will know more information about you. In general if a company has the option to upload a cover letter you should write one because it's an easy way to for hiring managers to tell how interested you are in the job.

I saw that they'd closed a couple of applications early, so it seems like there's at least enough applications for them to process.

by Bobby bobby bobHi. I applied, and I have given the Arctic Shores test and also filled out the security form. My status of application is changed, and now it's an "assessment" from "under review." I have not received any confirmation that I have passed the test.
