Reapplying on UCAS

Hello, I am looking to reapply for medicine this year and I'm doing this with a different centre, i.e. not with my old school. To reapply do I need to make a new account, or do I press start application on the UCAS hub? I am unsure of what to do especially since I don't know whether my current account/application is still registered with my old school. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
