Need help to revise for A Levels, please HELP!!

Hi all,
I am currently a Y13 and I study OCR Level 3 Extended Certificate Business Studies, OCR Religious Studies and AQA Sociology.
I can barely remember any of my Y12 content and I’m struggling to retain that knowledge in my head.
Please if anyone has any left over revision materials, tips, techniques and revision resources please, please, please reply as I need all the help I can get.
