When do apprenticeships start?

I am currently doing a business btec course expecting to finish 2025. I would like to do an apprenticeship over university, so I am currently wondering when do apprenticeships start, when and how should I apply to them and any information you may think is relevant.

Also, I am retaking GCSEs maths for the 3rd time, I was a worried about failing again, as it hinders my chances for an apprenticeship, any advice on that as well would be appreciated.

Usually any time from the first day of study release (uni/college) to a couple of months before.

So likely anytime between July and early October of the year your studies would start.
