Where could I apply strategically for med?

My stats are:

GCSES :
Maths,English Lit,Language,Business, 6 all
Double science 7-6
Punjabi 8
Citizenship 7
H&Social L2M

A Levels predicted :
BBB
(May go up to AAA for mocks)
Chem bio psych

Ucat: 2390 + B3

I get contextual :
First to go higher education
Benefits
Maybe 16-19 bursary -needs to be approved
Disability
State school which is on most uni lists and below 8 attainment

Preferably near London don’t mind kmms or Southampton or any really just not too up north or wales/scotland

Please suggest I am strugglingggg
To choose where to apply strategically!!
Will do foundation years of gateway if needed.
Prefer not to take gap year but will if needed be.
