Hi,We are looking for someone to fill a vacant room in our house in Leamington Spa for a contract that spans between August 2024 and July 2025. You would be in a house of 7, the other tenants are all friendly second years attending WarwickUni. The location is pretty central and rent is reasonable. Rooms are all very similar in size and the house itself has a spacious living room, kitchen area and a quality garden.
