Hi Leah,
Thank you for the reply. I have indefinite leave to remain. I have proof my status using the share code as requested but after that they are requesting for all the above information.

I got my ILR in 2020 and I started my course in 2022, I was out of uni for a due to assessment and now back to complete my final year.

*Gained ILR 2020
*Course start Jan 2022 - 3years Program
*I have been in uni since Jan 2022- Feb2024, just before I was made assessment only status. Which simply means I was resubmitting a failed module.
*Assessment only status End of Jan 2024 -Sept 2024
*Resuming back to uni Sept 2024 instead of Jan 2025
*Jan 2024 I had 1 mistaken payment because my assessment only status does not require funding.

If you contact us we can check what other evidence you can send. If you don't have this we may be able to request a home office check. You can call us on 0300 100 0607 and we're open till 8pm tonight.
