European unis with no maths requirement?

Are there any public universities in Europe without a maths requirement?
My A level subjects are History, English language and Sociology so obviously, my options are limited. Most univerisities I've looked at require maths in the last two years of high school, they see no maths as education being incomplete. I am hoping to find a uni in the more eastern part of Europe (countries near Poland and the Baltics).

If anyone knows if I can apply to any public unis that don't have maths as a requirement, please let me know!
Depends on the course you want to study, but I know some University of Amsterdam social sciences courses recommend maths till 18 but don't require it. I think Leiden has some courses where they would want you to take a maths exam in the summer if you haven't studied maths till 18 at school.
Hi @willwalk

I just want to be clear that you understand the maths requirement is generally at GCSE level, not A level.

Sorry if you already knew this.

Thanks
