Two types of employee - those that have sent a rubbish email to colleagues versus those who are going to send a rubbish email to colleagues at some point in the future. In fact, most people are in both groups, done it and will probably do it again. Don't sweat it, most people are working so hard they are glad to receive an email they can read and delete immediately!
