is it possible to get into university of endiburgh with ib predicted 32?

i know i can get a 39 for the final cause my teachers are being safe and underpredicting me but I don't think they will give me a conditional offer as I'm applying for management but anyone have an awesome PS and got a conditional offer>

I know its probably hard to get a conditional offer but if I have a quite good PS do you think they will consider

Scottish unis are pretty competitive across the board so I think 7 points away is too far to reasonably be considered.

Bear in mind that even having (or being predicted) 39 isn't a guarantee of an offer in any case.
