Can't reset password

I need to log onto the uni guide website, and have forgotten my student room password. When I click forgotten password, it just sends me to the Student Room Homepage. What should I do?

Hi. I think its sending you to the home page because you are logged into the Student Room already. The Uniguide password reset uses the Student Room sign in page to trigger the password reset.

You can reset your password from this link but you would need to log out of the student room first.
https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/signin.php
Or go to this link in a private browser session so you don't have to log out. The Forgotten username or password? field is at the bottom of the page.

If you are still having problems let me know and we can ask for your password to be reset by the community team.
