Does anyone have spare rooms or places i can takeover? Preferably not that expensive.

I honestly dont care much abt the location. But it would be nice if it was near ucl :smile:

Hello!

I recently moved into my accommodation for the year, however, I will likely be studying Semester 2 abroad! I understand thats Semester 2 is a few months away but if you would like to move into accommodation around December 16th or anytime before Sem 2 then please let me know as I am looking for a tenant to replace me! The accommodation is a Bronze Ensuite in The Helix in Wembley and is about 20 minutes from UCL. The flatmates are also lovely.

My daughter, Chloe, has accommodation at IQ Highbury London (UK) for immediate takeover for a Silver En-Suite Plus Room.

Rent is £340 per week till 30 Aug 2025.

Can offer 1 week free rent if you are keen.

It is only a 2min walk away from Finsbury Park station.

Distance to Universities by Underground:

Hi did you manage to gind anything ? My daughter’s beautiful en suite in student accommodation in Vauxhall is available, train connection to ucl is very good. Let me know.

Hi,I’m looking for someone to take over my contract for an ensuite room at Pacific Court, just a 10-minute walk from Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and a 5 min walk to Whitechapel station. The room is available from 10th December, with the contract ending on 15th September 2025. The move-in date is flexible, and we can discuss adjustments.

I have paid first and second instalments so you won't need to pay for that. You will need to pay according to readjustment of the tenant contract once you move in.
