BTEC

I am in year 12, studying National BTECs Applied Sciences, Business and Health and Social Care. I want to study Medicine but don't know where to go when I finish in two years.

Check all of the University websites and check the Entry requirements. However, with those subjects you will probably not meet the entry requirements for Medicine as you will have insufficient coverage of the Science units. You MAY have a chance if you drop Business and Health and Social and complete a full Extended Diploma in Applied Science.

It is the full Extended Diploma in Applied Science I am studying with Business and Health and Social care I am learning right now.

That is the equivalent of 5 A levels so not sure why your college would allow that. If you drop Business and H&SC and complete the Ext Dip in Applied Science that will give you sufficient UCAS points (assuming you get an overall D*D*D*). However this may still be insufficient for Medicine as most of those Universities specify Subjects and Grades rather than UCAS points. As I said earlier, check with the University websites and see which ones would accept Ext Dip in Applied Science and also check if they ask for any specific units to be included (if they do you need to check with your tutor to see if you will be covering those units).
Extract from Southampton University;
'We do not accept the BTEC Diploma or Extended Diploma as a qualifications on their own, they must be offered in conjunction with the required Biology and Additional Science A Levels. BTEC Applied Science is not accepted for BM5'.
