Urgent Help Needed: Mysterious Red Patch on My Cheek!

I am a fair skinned male and after using the AHA + BHA The Ordinary chemical peel I noticed that a slight reddish decolourisation appeared on my cheek (this was a month ago). Although I stopped using the chemical peel I continued to use many skincare products afterwards including niacinamide and a salicylic acid face wash. The discoloration has gotten much worse. Initially it wasn't noticeable at all unless I pointed it out and there was strong lighting and now it has become very noticeable. Although the discoloration may look slightly brownish (almost like a sunburn to the naked eye) it is in reality just a red patch on my cheek. I also noticed that some parts of the patch are more red than others (so its almost as if I have a blood vessels very close to my skin at certain parts of the patch and the other parts of the patch are just red or almost match my normal skin tone). The patch isn't dry and there's no burning / itching sensation. It's hard to describe but I sometimes feel like my cheek is sinking inward, though it’s not actually doing that.

Any ideas on what this could be and how I can heal it?
Chemical peels are not for everyone cos they are very strong and might cause thinning of the skin. I would avoid most skincare with lots of chemicals in them because I have sensitive skin. It's best for you to see a doctor to look into your issue. In the meantime, maybe you can try using only mild products. I find Cetaphil face wash and Lucas Papaw Ointment useful.
Adding on - it's good to take more Vitamin C and antioxidants as they help with skin repair, e.g. eat more kiwifruit, strawberries and blueberries.
