I want to accept another program offer but it cannot be done as i accepted earlier
I applied in 2 MASTERs program in which I accepted the offer whoes unconditional offer came but later on another program unconditional also came. I want to persue masters in another one program but now i am not able to accept as for it i need to decline earlier one. And option for declining the offer is not available now as i have already accepted.
What to do in this situation i want to accept the offer.

Are both offers with the same uni? 🙂 If yes, then just speak to the admissions team, if you have already enrolled you can speak to your course lead and see if they can help you. If they are at different uni's, speak to your current uni and see how you can leave and if you will need to pay anything as well.
If they're at the same uni it's unusual that you can't just log into their portal and change your replies.

Actually I can’t decline earlier offer the option is not available now to do so

Then as above you've no choice but to call their postgrad (or general) admissions team.
