Driving Test Nerves

So I've got my driving test next Tuesday-this was a cancellationbooking , I'm also in the midst of year 13 mocks so my stress levels have skyrocketed.
I'm so nervous for my driving test my leg shakes whenever I think about it.
How did anyone eske get over their test nerves? I do have a driving lesson a few days before the test and I can also practice in my mums car but I just can't stop feeling sick about it.
I feel like I might f the test up basically😅

I think it’s impossible to avoid being a bit nervous. Keeping in mind it’s only for a short time and concentrating firmly on your driving helps. Also having faith in your preparation and keeping a positive expectation. Then there’s good nights sleep, healthy diet and perhaps some breathing exercise. Good luck

If it's a cancelation booking are you sure that you're actually ready? It's normal to be nervous, but if it's bothering you that much I might question whether you have had enough practise?

Thanks for your advice! I did make a silly mistake which resulted in a fail unfortunately but at least I know for the next test what to expect so I won't be so nervous 😅

It was a cancellation booking, my Instructors had said I was ready otherwise I would have had to wait until January and I'm just a nervous person overall honestly!
