Changing course at UEL in first week

Does anyone know the procedure of changing your course in the first week if you joined through clearing? I want to change from psychosocial studies to social work.

If you have enrolled into the course and would like a course change, you can contact the Student Hub via telephone on 0208 223 4444, and they will be happy to assist you with this query.

So after getting offer letter and ready to start , I am being deferred for next year!! I am so (disappointed ) 😭😭
