Nop ☹️ what did you apply for? and what are the two assessments? Sellafield is one of the companies I struggle with haha, I seem to get put on reserve idk why.

I got one last week too, but I applied for the safety programme so I'm assuming they're sending out invites by departments!

The email on Thursday said that all candidates should expect a reply by close of play today so not sure what to make of it as I got no email😬

Alot of people I know got put on reserve list so maybe ring them? The recruitment team have been very helpful so far so worth asking them.

Your friends got reserve list after doing the online test? I always assumed reserve list is for those after AC like the other grad schemes do

I think they have emailed most people, ngl I personally don't find them good with emails I think they ignore candidates who they aren't interested in, I applied last year and the year before and they used to reply well but not anymore :__( loool.

I got rejected from science & maths and i've been put on 'reserve' for safety, i've been put on reserve for science&maths for the past 2 years too lol, but yeah just double check your email as I missed the email where they put me on reserve for safety.

It may also depend on what you applied for (what discipline/role?), like others said above, it seems they have decided for safety, and i assume also science&maths as I got rejected. hope that helps.
