Repeating a Module and SFE

Hi! So I completed my 3rd year but failed a module so will need to repeat. I will be going in to study for that 1 module for 1 term. I do still have my gift year so tuition shouldn't be a problem. I believe I should be entitled to my first term of SFE as my repeated module will take place from now till December and I will be in for lectures. My problem is trying to update SFE of this information as I cant do this online according to the page I was directed to by SFE. I called SFE 2 times to try change my info and I have been told to fill out the CO1 form but Im not really sure that can update the right information if so its pretty confusing as to what parts I need to fill in. Plus this requires me sending a huge physical letter which seems a bit silly imo. I contacted my Uni and everything seems to be running smooth with them updating my enrolment but suggested I still contact SFE. How do I make sure SFE have the correct details of my studies this year as I don’t want any issues with being under or over paid Thanks in advance

Hi!
So I will be repeating a module this year between now and December with class support as I failed a resit. I have had a really rough year so Im trying not to beat myself up over it and sorta appreciate being able to have some time away from the stress of uni next year.

Anyway, I have my gift year left so Tuition should be fine and I believe I should be entitled maintenance for the first term after speaking with a financial advisor at Uni. Cool

My problem is updating SFE of this info. I called twice today as I can't adjust this info online and they have suggested I fill out a CO1 form but this form doesn't really appear to have much that would really document this change and is just a bit confusing.
I contacted my university and my enrolment process seems to be running smoothly and will be updating SFE soon that I will be participating this year however said I still need to update SFE of changes.
I don't want to be in a situation or getting under or over funded but Im struggling to get this sorted with SFE.

Any advice would be helpful or a guide on how to fill the CO1 form to meet the needs of SFE updating them that I will only be there for 1 module and 1 term ending in December.

Thankyou in advance for the help

Hi RolyPolyOlly,

If you are able to complete the form, you don't actually need to complete this physically, you can complete that form digitally and upload this directly to your account.

The university will be able to send a Change of Circumstances through to us electronically for your repeat year if you are not sure how to complete the course section of the form.
