Discord not working

Hi, discord doesn't let me join calls on the Eduroam WiFi (says no route), but everything else is working correctly for me, and was wondering if anyone else was having this issue/knows a way to fix it?
I have tried both my phone (android) and surface but discord has the save error on both
I have been trying to find a way to fix it, but the most recent post I could find about this issue was 3 years ago and the solutions there didn't work (post linked below)

My friend going to York Uni is able to use discord fine and they also use Eduroam
