Personal staemnet advice and tips?

I need to write a personal staemnet for uni and im stuck on what to talk about.

Write a list of ever possible thing you can talk about, it can be as small as watching a youtube video. Important thing is to get any idea of the content you can use. Soon as you ready that, choose what you want to prioritise. Typically, you would want 3-4 solid talking points for your body paragraph.

Then, write everything down. Do not care about character count, let it flow to even 10 000 characters. Get your information down and then start paraphrasing, cutting and restructuring.
