Applying for a job ... again

So, I'm applying for Rymans Stationery Shop as a part time sales assistant, 12 hours. It doesn't say if it's temporary or permanent.

I'm feeling rather nervous because it's been over a month since I applied for any job (and got rejected). For starters, as a autistic person, I have great difficulties answering the phone and speaking/making eye contact in an interview. I'm scared that if I get a phone call, invitation for an interview and complete an interview that I'll be rejected because then it would feel like my great deal of effort has come to nothing. I think I'm overthinking it but I'm still going to try despite my concerns.
