SFE change of circumstances request

Hi,
Looking for some advice please. It's now almost a month since I contacted my undergraduate university, the Open University, to ask them to make a change of circumstances request to SFE to change my graduation date on my undergraduate loan, as an incorrect date was preventing my postgraduate loan request from being accepted. The university emailed me to say they had made this request, however, I'm still waiting for my SFE account to be changed. My postgraduate loan application is still saying ineligible and my undergraduate loan still says "payments scheduled" (I graduated in June, yet the OU had told SFE I'd be graduating in 2029).
How long does this usually take? Do I need to ring up again?

When was it the Open University notified us? Have you contacted us to ensure we received it?

Hi Ross, thanks for your reply. It was August 30th. What's the best way to check if SFE received it?

Hi Vicky,

The changes can take 26 working days to process so it'll still be in the queue.

You can contact us directly, either by live chat on your online account or by phone on 0300 100 0607.
