So I am waiting for my occupational health check. And currently I am temporarily registered, can I receive the loan before being fully registered?

In the student finance page it is saying that my university has to confirm that I am registered

We would need the university to confirm your registration so we can release it. If you're not fully registered yet they may not send it until you are fully registered.
