Usually you pay the £200 advanced payment before moving in on OSIS. Have you done this and set up your reoccurring payment method?
For my first rent payment the £200 was then deducted from the first instalment, meaning I paid
£200 less.
I had emails from the accommodation team that confirmed what would happen with the advanced payment so check your emails first and if you still are struggling to find the confirmation you are looking for then I would recommend contacting the accommodation team on [email protected]
