Business or Economic A-level with my other options

My current A-Level options are Fine art, Maths, Business and Economics, as well as an EPQ. I want to drop down to 3 subjects and an EPQ. I want to drop either Business or Economics. I have plans of doing architecture or Interior design at university, but I am not completely sure yet. My dilemma is that I am so incredibly lost in Economics, both in macro and micro. I understand that I have only been doing it for 3 and a half weeks, but I am not confident in the subject at all, however from what i know, Econ is more highly regarded at university, and will open more options for me, and both of my teachers are much better than my business teachers. I believe they will help me understand the course as well as they can in the future. As well as the fact that i have many more friends in my class. I am much more comfortable with business at the moment, as I did it for GCSE, and at the moment we are just covering business GCSE topics, however my teachers aren't good at all, and I don't believe that they will benefit me going foreward. I am also aware that business isn't as highly sought after by universities, and I don't want to limit myself by choosing it. I don't want to waste my time by doing both for too much longer, any advice?

The majority of unis don't have any specific subject requirements for architecture so it won't matter what your third A level is. Have you thought about dropping both econ and business and choosing a third subject that interests you and you will enjoy, and are more likely to get a good grades in? Architecture courses require relatively high grades so that is what you need to focus on. Don't choose subjects because you think they are valued more highly by unis (because they aren't). As it is so early in the year, you do have time to change. Consider subjects such as psych, sociology, geography, etc. - just make sure that it is a subject you will enjoy.

Have a look at the A Levels for Architecture thread.
