Period cramps

I literally have the worst period cramps and back pain etc. it is making me get so irritable and angry and I’m just getting really triggered over lots of small things. I’m doing yoga and colouring books. Anyone have any other suggestions.
Paracetamol and Ibuprofen, hot water bottle, lots of sleep and water to keep you hydrated (can’t forget the chocolate of course!) And let those around you know you just feel a bit rough right now and might be a little snappier.

If the pain ever gets to the point where you are having to take several days off sick from school/work I’d go see your GP surgery and let them know it’s severe pain.

I was placed on a specific anti-inflammatory that really helped when I was younger, but now I’m on the pill, sounds scary and I put it off for years but it has significantly improved my quality of life and I don’t plan on staying on it forever, but its nice to not be in that much pain every month.

Hi, you can use hot pack for your cramps and back pain. It will help with the sore feeling and it's also soothing.
