John Lewis Group Assesment Outcome

I had a group interview for John Lewis on Wednesday, we were assessed on the values of John Lewis. We had a customer situational task where we had to sit in groups of 4. We had to discuss ideas in how to promote the products, and we were assessed on how to approach the upcoming Christmas sales etc. Btw this is a Christmas temp position. We were 10 people in total. Not sure how many got the job, but I got an email today with a job offer. Anyone need help or anything please feel free to drop your questions. Also anyone who also has been offered a job also participate in peoples question.

Hi, same question as above! I’ve got a group interview for Christmas temp job also, just wondering what questions came up?

Hi, I have the same interview this week. Was the group session the whole interview, or was there also a regular one on one interview?

I did it last year and the group interview was the first section. Then individual interviews was the second. They just asked normal interview questions and availability.

Was that for a Christmas temp job? The email I’ve been sent says the whole thing is only 45 minutes.

Just in case someone else sees this, I had mine today and it was only a group assessment. I suppose they must have changed the format since last year.
