Student Finance England log in details not recognized

Hi, i have recently tried to log into my SFE account but every time i try to i keep getting an error saying my details can not be recognised. I have also tried to reset my password but each time i put in my first name, last name, and D.O.B i get another error saying the site was not able to save my details. Please someone help me out, the other day everything was working fine.

I've seen another post about this so it looks like it is a site problem rather than a problem with your login details. Hopefully it has/will be fixed soon so keep trying.
