Private candidate taking A level Exams 2025
Hello,
I wanted to know if taking an online A-level course is better than paying for the exams only and getting a private tutor instead.
I am self-studying A-level Maths and Further Maths, unfortunately, I haven't found a decent 1 year online course for Further Maths so I have to pay for the exams only.
I have a feeling i know the answer already but if anyone who has been or will in my position could give some advice that would helpful.

If you can find a decent A-level FM tutor then I would say thats the way to go.

I just want to know that is it must to take alevel maths alongside alevel further maths? I want to sit for alevel further maths exam. Can i do it? Please let me know. Thsnks

I think it would be rare for someone to take FM and not A level but I don’t suppose that it is forbidden
