My weight is just the same all the time

Hey,

I happened to write my weight down about 10months ago and it happened to be the same weight it is today. I lose and gain but it’ll always be the same 2kg. How can I lose the last 5kg and see a different number on the scale? I’ve lose loads of weight in the past so asking for help coz I’m unsure what to do

Diets do not work most of the time cuz when u do loose the weight u gain back if u don't stick to the diet. So I'd recommend going into a calorie deficit. U go online and search up calorie calculator. Any would do u fill in ur details and usually u should be eating 300-500 less calories. Remember u don't have to be counting calories for every single thing u eat as this can be daunting but instead be responsible and eat lots of vegetables and volume dense food like cabbage in ur meals.

id not recommend wrestling weight loss things also bc it is more temporary and not healthy alot of the time (I did wrestling so I did a lot of crazy things to drop weight classes) I'd recommend staying hydrated take care of your body and don't push yourself to much go at your pace and remember the "fast results" online usually aren't what you wanna go for

I was also eating less then 1/16th of the cals I burned per day and slept 2-3 hours to workout results was I overworked like (2 1/2 hours at night and 1 hour in morning before school then gym work outs and practice work outs too) out pushed my body to much it really effected me and I developed a eating disorder and had way less energy and lost a lot of strength and will to do everyday things don't recomend this at all
