Hello, I am looking for a girl to take over my tenancy in a quiet 2-bedroom house in Canley (CV4 area). Your housemate will be a female master's student at Warwick University.
The house includes, 2 upstairs bedrooms (with 3/4 beds), shared upstairs bathroom, living room, kitchen, washing machine, and garden. The room will be available ASAP following an agreement with the landlord and the tenancy is until the 19th August 2025.
Rent: £625 per month (bills excluded)
Location: Silver Birch Avenue
15 minute walk to Aldi and Cannon Park (Tesco, Boots, Subway, Greggs, etc)
20/25 minute walk to Warwick University.
