Wrong maintenance loan for student finance

I recently checked my application and noticed that it has been approved. However, there seems to be an issue with the maintenance loan amount. I am currently receiving £6,000, whereas I should be receiving £13,000 based on the initial calculation.

To provide some context, I am a full-time student in London , living independently from my parents, with an annual household income of £10,000.
I am over 26 year so I am independent, it’s a mistake ? What I need to do?
