Can I apply to King's again with same personal statement after being rejected?

This was the feedback from Kings College London for being rejected, “Your application has now been carefully considered and we regret to inform you that you have been unsuccessful in obtaining a place on the programme.
The reason for this was: Unfortunately, due to the competitive nature of this programme we have not been able to make you an offer. After considering all aspects of your application, your application was not as strong as others received”

I want to apply for MSC Economics and Finance again in Kings. I applied last month, August. I will be submitting the same information/personal statement. This time the only difference will be that I will be applying as soon as the admissions opens.

Would I be rejected again because I was already with the same information e.g. personal statement, experience, reference

Thank you everyone.

I will advise you re-strategise. Try and write a more convincing PS. I think submitting early does not really counts as much as having a very good portfolio to present would do. Best of Luck!
