All A-levels are equally hard - it’s just a matter of which subject is easier for you. Is there a career path you want to go into? Or perhaps a subject you’ve done well in in the past?
im currently doing health and social care btec, and im going into psych for university. but doing psychology in the time that I have seems unreasonable. it seems worse than doing religious studies. so idk what to do now
I want something where I can learn the content and simply then apply it, if that makes sense?

Honestly, it would probably be better to do Psychology is you are planning to do it in Uni - maybe you should rethink what you want to do during Uni if you aren’t keen about trying to catch up in a course. Don’t let this decision take loads of your time - the faster you add this A-level into your course, the more time you have to ruminate the content!

Thank you for your help. It’s not that I don’t want to catch up, but I need to be realistic given the two other A-levels I’m already juggling. I want to choose something that’s both practical and efficient. Taking on psychology, a subject I have no foundational knowledge in, doesn’t seem like an effective approach. Also, why would I reconsider my course? I've wanted to become a psychologist since I was young, and this undergraduate path is essential to reaching that goal. Yes, I’m trying to make a decision quickly, but I also wanted to explore subjects other than religious studies. Plus, with only four months to complete the course, it doesn’t seem like enough time to cover psychology thoroughly. I’m trying to balance my passion for learning with realistic time constraints—if that makes sense.

No problem. You make a fair point as well - yet it’s hard to figure out which A-level would be considered “easier” for you in four months time. Is there anything that stands out as considerably easy for you in this time?

I’m not sure! I’ve chosen rs due to the prior knowledge I have in it. However, an a level like I said where I can learn and apply and use that strategy in it.
