Chances of getting into medicine after doing bradford clinical sciences if you are not from a widening participation background

Hey @mini216 🤗

You can still apply for Medicine at other institutes but it would be best to ring each medical school you are interested in to discuss your eligibility and the steps you need to take to apply. In addition to our relationship with Sheffield Medical School, the high quality of our Foundation programme means that it is also recognised by other medical schools. Students have applied successfully to Leeds, Hull, York, Brighton and Sussex, and Norwich medical schools. Please check individual medical school websites for more information relating to their entry requirements.

I hope this helps!

Thank you

Becky

Hi there,

Getting into medicine after completing Clinical Sciences course is possible but can be competitive. Where you thinking to apply for the graduate medicine entry programme?

You’ll need strong academic performance and possibly additional experience to stand out. Research the specific medical schools that accept transfers from the program, as each will have different criteria. For UEA on top of the additional tests, you'd need at least 2:1 to be considered: https://www.uea.ac.uk/course/undergraduate/mbbs-medicine-graduate-entry#entry_requirements

Best of luck and let me know if you've got further questions.
