The key is to assign time for studying and for relaxation and to stick to both, establishing positive routines. Also to give yourself little rewards for achieving goals you have set yourself. Of course this is easier said than done and I have always found procrastination difficult to permanently defeat. I found a motivating, regular, study area good at A level, I went to a pleasant library. This discipline flowed well in to uni too

Thank you so much for your reply, for me my weekend spent really fast and my parents doesn't really allow me to go out so I don't have friends. And even after school I just directly come and but I don't do any studies at all. So my lifestyle is all about going to school and coming home. And I have no idea how to improve it

Find a hobby, maybe your school has some interesting clubs. This can be good for making friends too. I dabbled with computer club, chess, drama set design and canoeing. In fact I got the work relaxation balance a bit wrong..

I was an ex athlete but don't think I'll continue with those again due to certain circumstances. I'm planning to play violin again but I kind of stepped back because I don't really want to bother my neighbours
